Control Panels
SEC can design, build and install control panels for any application. From weighing and mixing ingredients to programmable recipes, controlled with Mitsubishi PLC system including multiple and remote HMI, inverter control on drives, network connected PLC's and system remote monitored over internet. All installed across a plant utilising various containment systems and wiring.
PLC's
PLC controlled machines can be upgraded with additional sensors measuring with graphs recording their data. This data can then be used for quality records or for activating an alarm when a process becomes out of a predetermined range. SEC have the diverse ability to program all PLC's.
HMI Screen's
HMI Screen - graphic modifications. This could be a password to a protected supervisor screen, allowing operators to view but not change set points, giving full control of a process.
Installation
SEC have the ability to undertake the installation of any process plant, this includes a full turn key engineered electrical & mechanical solution.
Maintenance
SEC offer a 24/7 emergency call out service to all our clients, giving you piece of mind. We apply a preventative maintenance approach ensuring we avoid disruptions to any process, in the event an emergency occurs, we can dispatch engineers within 2 working hours, ensuring minimum down time.
