We are pleased to announce that we have won a new contract at the Airfield Business Park in Market Harborough for Leicestershire County Council to design and construct the MEP services to the new business units.

This phase of Airfield Business Park will include the design and construction of ten steel-framed business units and a drive-through restaurant for Costa Coffee. This project is designed to meet a variety of businesses’ needs, these units will also provide existing tenants with opportunities to expand into larger premises. Supporting local businesses as they grow and creating additional jobs in the area.

SEC are excited to work on this design and build project for the new Units A1, B1, H1-H7 and Costa for our client Britcon (UK) Limited which involved the new MEP installation to the LV distribution, external lighting, internal lighting. fire alarms, CCTV, small power, ICT, containment systems, lightning protection, PV, EV car chargers, earthing, security, mechanical ventilation, AC systems, domestic water systems, drainage, thermal insulation and SBEM calculations.
