New build design and construction of an industrial warehouse unit inclusive of two storey offices and associated external works. Located within close proximity of Glasgow International Airport.

External lighting designed to minimise light spill to adjacent residential areas and to protect bat habitats. Compliance with ‘Advice Note 2—Lighting Near Aerodromes’

Designed to high specification for end user to operate as their HQ facility.
