Design & construction of 193 new residential units and 2 commercial units together with marketing suite and associated external services.

Electrical services modelled using Revit allowing shared model audits and clashchecking for a faster and more efficient installation in risers and across common areas.

SEC hit the ground running with this development, starting with the marketing suite to showcase 3 ground floor street access flats.

A mix of ‘Shared Ownership’ and ‘Affordable Rent’ the different specification ER’s were met and delivered to a high standard and in-line with the clients handover dates.

Two commercial units were delivered to shell and core specification.

SEC were commended throughout the installations quality inspection reports and awarded credits for attitude, efforts, skills and delivery of a quality product from both HPL and NHBC.
