Project

BEAUMONT HOUSE, NORTHAMPTON

Overview

A redevelopment project right on our doorstep! A former disused office space which was left empty for some time becomes 60 Nr. modern apartments.

From Design to completion SEC have provided the electrical services to 60 apartments
for our client Intex; working together with all disciplines offering full co-ordination during the phasing of the contract works.

In line with Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) standard requirement for all
buildings of this nature to have AFDD’s installed, this requirement was incorporated
into all domestic area boards as required.

SEC Electrical were responsible for the full design and installation of the electrical
services throughout.
