Electrical and Mechanical refurbishment of a pre designed Pick Everard design under 6 separate phases of strip out and new MEP installation to the IT new suite, Food Technology, Resistive Materials, Woodwork, Graphics, Textiles, Science Laboratories, new LV infrastructure and ICT data upgrade throughout.

The phases have to be fully coordinated with Ashe Construction and the school to ensure no interruption to their school curriculum and day to day activities.

The scope included LV distribution, small power, lighting, lighting controls systems,
containment, ICT Data, intruder alarm, fire alarm, gas proving systems, LPHW heating,
air conditioning, NVHR and extract ventilation systems, domestic water, vulcathene drainage, controls and CAT 5 water.

The work started October 2023 and will be complete by March 2025.
