Overview

New build portal framed industrial units to plot C consisting of 9 individual warehouse units offering a total of 55,450 ft2 of GIA and Plot A offering 2 individual warehouse facility’s with a GIA of 5,274 m2 and a separate large car park.

All buildings including LV distribution, containment, small power, lighting, fire alarms, WC alarms, lightning protection, external lighting, photovoltaic PV and EV Chargers.

Based on a design and build electrical scope and a tight contract programme and BREEAM Very Good rating.
